Trail to 1st Class: Tender Line Rescue Requirement

Posted on Sep 19 2016 - 7:07pm

Nick Davis will be working on his tender line rescue skills (first class rank requirement) and would like to invite others that need to fulfill the requirement to join him this Sunday, September 25, at a private swimming pool in Redwood City. Interested scouts should contact Nick Davis at 650-226-3173. For those that will attend, please promptly be at 746 Glenmere Way, Emerald Hills, CA, 94062, at 12pm.  The plan is to have the scouts rotate and do both roles (tender line and rescue swimmer) within an hour. Scouts should be in swim suits and have read up on the tender rescue in their scout book (including how to tie a bowline knot). If you have specific logistical questions, please contact Mr. Davis at 510-333-8597.
